[UK-CONTEST] Late results

UK-Contest de G3SXW,
HFCC web-site still has not posted results for five
2005 contests nor any 2006 events, except 80m CC.
This includes SSB Field Day, *ten* months ago.
80m CC results are posted within a few weeks - fast
reporting is surely a major factor in its success.
Let's establish the aim of converting all RSGB
contests to e-mail logs only and a ten-day dead-line,
like 80m CC.
HFCC hates change so c'mon chaps let's do some
huing and crying.
