Roger

You need to direct your ire at the Radcom Editor. The results of SSB FD
were submitted for publication many months ago.

You're no doubt aware what has happened in the States - ARRL no longer
publish line scores in QST, you have to go to the web to get them. There
was a huge outcry on cw-contest, almost universal opposition to this
change especially because of the effect it has on newcomers to
contesting and those lower down the table.

The latest nonsense is that in the proof I've just seen of the
Commonwealth Contest results, only the top seven in the Open and
Restricted sections have their score breakdown shown (as in previous
years) all others just see a score and position, nothing else.

I'm utterly opposed to this downgrading of contest results in Radcom. It
will lead to us being marginalised. If we just roll over and put the
results onto the web regardless of whether they have been published in
Radcom, we're making it very easy for the Editor to take the view that
he won't publish results at all. Is that what you want?

HFCC needs the support of UK contesters to ensure Radcom continues to
publish full contest results.

Cheers, Dave G4BUO
