[UK-CONTEST] Publishing contest results

I am with Dave BUO on this one - apparently RadCom can include propagation
forecasts (all trackable on the cluster) and lots of other data, but not
full contest results.  Can you imagine the outcry if CQ Magazine only published
cursory details of the CQWW contests?  Incidentally, we don't see the published
results of the WW until nearly a year later, so perhaps a little more support
for the HFCC and less sniping might be in order ...
