[UK-CONTEST] RSGB certificates for 2128MHz 2004 events, and Club Calls 2004 events !

It has just been discovered that no certificates were ever issued for these
events.  I know this is important to some of you guys.

It came from an enquiry from someone in the Club calls event; it looks like
I omitted to deal with 3 of the 4 events that appeared in the June 2005
RadCom.  For this I apologise.

The situation is being rectified; all events that have been published up to
the most recent RadCom are in preparation; including IOTA 2005.

I am also aware that some certificates for other RSGB events in the first
half of 2005 have not yet been prepared; our policy has always been to only
issue them after they appear in print, to allow for errors / dispute after
publication. You will note that these events are still awaiting publication.
I have just pointed this out to the HFCC, so I expect it will be remedied
soon.
