[UK-CONTEST] Digital on 160

This week's RSGB news contains an item about the GB2RS news now being
transmitted in one of the new fangled digital modes and also digital
voice. It is going to be on the 'allocated' slot for digital at 1840
USB. For something which is really for (rather limited I guess)
domestic consumption there really is a case for it elsewhere in the
unused acres of Top Band rather than upsetting the rather narrow
divide between the CW and SSB guys.
But I guess that was an amateur radio topic on GB2RS, that in itself
is a change...
