[UK-CONTEST] Fw: 80m CC Times

Surely all info needed to claim points in a CC test has to be passed between
20.00 and 21.30. i.e. within the 90 minutes, excluding an initial CQ made in
advance perhaps and any niceties after the last exchange.  An authoritative
response from HFCC would be welcome.
