"All info",  that would mean you would have to abandon a qso started at
say 21:29:50?

I would draw the line at the initial 'CQ started in advance' though,
now I realise that everyone is compiling their "play list" in advance by
gathering up all the people into their band map who are laying down
their bath towels on the loungers with "<callsign> test    ing" I would
say that is starting before the start.  IMveryHO of course.
