There has been lots of discussion but no definite answer as to whether 2130 is in or out of time.
As long as we all play to the same final whistle what do's it matter.
My thought on the matter is, for what its worth, is that the contest ends at 2130 and 2130 ends
as 2131 begins, now if we logged to the second that would be a different matter, 2130:00 would 
be in 2130:01 would not.
The simple answer is for a member of the contest committe to say if 2130 is acceptable or not.
