[UK-CONTEST] Converting N1MM logger into Winlog32 logs????

Hi All,
I wonder if anyone can help????
How do I convert a N1MM log file into a Winlog32 logbook??? I know I can 
do it with ADIF and Callibro, but, how does the UK amateur stand with 
the licensing laws regarding end of contact times?? This is my main 
worry, given I've got really bad, sneaky neighbors one side, who will 
not pass up a chance to cause some bother.
