[UK-CONTEST] ADIF program for inserting TIME_OFF for UK logs

Dear UK Contesters,
   
  Due to our logbook requirements of putting in TIME OFF.......
   
  I've made a small tool, which I hope will help you in putting in the TIME_OFF in an ADIF file.
   
  All you do is run the program, Open the ADIF file you want, the program creates a directory called "New Files" and puts the converted ADIF file into there.
   
  The TIME OFF is the same as TIME ON, it's just to fill in the logbook column and satisfy the regulators.
   
  If anyone wants a copy you are more than welcome to have one, it would be best if someone hosted it on their website for download if it becomes popular.... any takers?
