[UK-CONTEST] ADIF program for inserting TIME_OFF for UK logs

Well I have just looked at my BR68. There is no requirement there to 
log times of individual contacts, neither the start nor finish time.

Para 6(1) in the logging sections says (in abbreviated form) we need 
to:
(a) log the date
(b) log the times in UTC of the first and last transmission from the 
station in a session
(c) When the band, class of emission or power are changed.

My own logging software (XMLog) has only one box for time, there is 
no provision for start and end times. SD also only records one time 
(that when I press the ENTER key) and is normally the completion 
time.

So a nice idea of your program, but it seems it is not necessary!

On a related subject, I have a program on my website 
(http://www.davesergeant.com/bbcbasic/bbcbasic.htm) which will take 
text copied from your eqsl in box and convert it to a ADIF file for 
import to your favourite logging program (uses only TIME_ON!). And a 
few other amateur related programs there as well.
