[UK-CONTEST] Cammonwealth Contest - a bit of analysis

Thanks for all the feedback on this years contest. Les and I have looked 
at some of the points raised and done a bit of analysis.
We have looked at the facts available and decided the best thing would 
be to put them out so you can see what the trends are. This should 
correct a few misconceptions and focus your intellect.

Bearing in mind that next year is the 70th anniversary we want to make a 
special effort.
Any constructive ideas will be gratefully received.

I will be at the GMDX event this weekend for all those people who want 
to buy me a pint and offer some help and useful ideas. You can buy me a
