[UK-CONTEST] VHF CW

I have just tried to work out what exchange I should be sending and how 
the Marconi contest is scored.
Numerous possible permutations are explained in the general and special 
rules, but I cannot figure out which one I should be using for the 
Marconi CW contest.
Should I decide to go out and do a SOTA tomorrow morning, could someone 
explain it for me? otherwise I'll stick to HF CW:-)
