[UK-CONTEST] Short contest calls QSL bureau sub-manager contact?

Hello Jonathan,

Yes, (Mr) Rose Bunce M1EBN is the QSL Sub-Manager for the Contest short 
calls, and it all works fine. I regularly receive envelopes of QSLs for M5A, 
MW5A and MZ5A through him. I keep him stocked with sequentially numbered 
SASEs, and they all come back full of QSLs like clockwork.

I also have not succeeded in getting through to him by E-mail. But 
snail-mail works fine.
