Well, not quite the only one, but Den GJ3YHU and myself are the only 
locals you are likely to find on 160, and then probably not during the 
same contest as we live within 1/4 mile of each other.

I was going to make an appearance during the latter stages of the 
contest and yes, Bob, I would have called you!

However, after a thoroughly enjoyable evening spent in an Italian 
restaurant in the company of our neighbours we ended up at their house 
trying out a varied selection of bottled ales.  We finally rolled back 
across the road at about 2.30.  When I checked, the contest appeared to 
have finished!


Anyway, over the past couple of weekends I have been doing my bit to 
make GJ available in CQWW.  I've spent quite a number of hours 
repairing/maintaining the club antennas ready for Rich K2WR to use next 
weekend. (Note for Dave 'BUO and Ed 'SQX.  Things have improved slightly 
since you were two years ago, but I'm still finding things to unbodge!).
