Just found one thing that explains some of the problems I met on Saturday.

Speed range is from 20 to 59 wpm, yet mHam Router and Winkey are set for 
15 to 40 range.

There is something definitely wrong with the Winkey interface. I set the 
speed to 30wpm by Alt F9/10 but moving the speed knob on mH Keyer 
increases the speed up to something too high, then put the knob back to 
its original position and the speed is not 30wpm.
