Well, 115 QSOs inc 2 dupes..
Best DX was:
10CW=EA8,
10SSB=LU,
15CW=V5,4S,VQ9,VP8 (tnx Mike),
15SSB=C5,LU,YB
I've just been out into the garden and my 15m quad loop is all
tangled up in the trees, a sort of folded dipole now. It must have
been windy as the 9M GRP pole has broken in two places.
Didnt hear any VE/W's, Carribean or VKs. The only other AFs I heard
were a couple of ZS's nattering with their G mates.
The SO2R worked a treat and allowed me to find mults on one band
while CQing on the other.
Getting the DLs to QSY was interesting, the DLs who were 9+ on 15M
were hardly readable on 10M and vice versa, don't you love Es!!..
I had a nice natter with Noz C5DXC on 15ssb, he was a solid S9 with
his 100W+40m dipole, I got him to come on 10M but I didn't hear a
thing.
Not long until CQWW, there's the two OC contests, a JARTS and the WAG
to keep us busy...
