Thanks for the clarification on the address for 21-28 logs.

But this morning (Thursday 12th) the RSGB HFCC webpage still says: 
2128.logs at rsgb.org

See : http://www.contesting.co.uk/hfcc/rules/r2128.shtml

You may well be loosing several logs in cyberspace.

Who, I wonder, is RSGB.org ? Presumambly not the RSGB!
