And I have still not received any acknowledgement to my second 
submittal to the correct address. What is going on?

I understand that the VHF contest committee sends robot auto replies 
on submission much like ARRL and CQ do. Maybe HFCC should consider 
setting up a server to do it this way instead of the existing system 
which has been shown to have its weaknesses.

By the way Nigel rsgb.org IS the RSGB, it redirects to 
www.rsgb.org.uk, try it.
