I'm sure that Darren has absolutely the correct intentions and was referring
to casual contacts before and after the contest.

Because, obviously, during the contest, any station asking him to QSY would
be disqualified for soliciting a QSO, and in my opinion if the QSO actually
took place then both should be disqualified.

Did I read the CQWW rules wrongly, or are skeds arranged by telephone, 
internet etc. a disqualifiable breach?
