[UK-CONTEST] CQWW/SSB

How is QSYing to a band not in the contest a breach of contest rules? It
isn't soliciting a contact for the contest, as 6m isn't a contest band in
CQWW.

I would understand if 6m was in the contest, but it isn't, so it's a red
herring.
