[UK-CONTEST] Cluster Talk Command

Hello All,
 
Like all things that make progress there is a good and a bad side to  it.
 
Ref the talk command 
 
When the cluster was set up you could use the command "Talk Callsign" to  
talk to a specific callsign.
 
With the present software it seems that "Talk Callsign" doesn't work so you  
have to use "Talk" and this leads to a lot of messages flying about.
 
Perhaps I have got it wrong but I see nothing in the manual to correct my  
observation.
