Talk works fine - not all sysops propagate talk but the big clusters 
work ok.

If the user you want to talk to is on your local cluster or you can see 
them with a SHOW/CONFIGURATION command then a simple :

t g9abc hello bert

If you know that the other user is connected to GB7ABC but you cannot 
see him with a SHOW/CONFIGURATION command then use:

t g9abc gb7abc hello bert
