some times ago we began to observe experience of previous WRTC'es to prepare 
selection criteria, including selection parameter factor, for WRTC-2010.

will take some time. Anyway, today I'm sure that both 2006 CQWW Contests 
will have top rank among other annual contests in terms of selection 
procedure.
