Having typed up a Russian Districts contest log recently I can only urge
you do same for SAC.

Using a Search and Replace' routine entries can easily be typed up in Cabrillo
format eg:-

@21-161405\001#OH1JF\003#     becomes

QSO: 21000 2006-09-16 1405 GW0ETF 59 001 DX OH1JF 59 003 DX

Provided you use special characters and are consistent eg \ $ #  etc (and
of your own choosing of course) it is a simple process.
