[UK-CONTEST] Contest exchanges

There was a suggestion of using a ROPOCO style contest exchange to make 
exchanges more unique.  The flaw with this is that some contest programs 
have an audio capture facility.  If I copy an exchange wrongly and pass 
it on then I get penalised (fair enough).  If after the contest I listen 
again and modify the log entry, the station that I passed the wrong 
exchange on to gets penalised (unfair).  The audio datafile can be 
considered as an offline aid, much the same as superpartial check.  
Perhaps all contest entries need to be e-mailed within 5 minutes of the 
end of the contest.
