[UK-CONTEST] Radcom Contest Results

I don't think it is appropriate to prune the results in this way at all!
By all means restrict the lists to call, club, score, placing and have 
all the extra stuff like Mults, QSO's etc on the www.  But to publish 
the top few like has been done this month, with no indication that this 
has been done, is simply not acceptable to me.

The new editor is making his mark for all the wrong reasons by me and 
the formatting of the results page is sloppy in the extreme.
