Perhaps as it is normal to include an e-mail address with the online
submission of results, then a PDF file of the full results, perhaps
with a UBN, could be e-mailed back to all participants.

Seriously though, where this is done,  I do think it would
be appropriate to include a link in the report to the full
published results.  Who has the influence to achieve this?
