Perhaps it's my mis-reading of the rules regarding QTCs, but I was of the
opinion that they would only count for points for the sending station if the
receiving station also sends in a log which includes them. Perhaps those
apparently unhelpful UK stations were trying not to let you "waste" your
valuable QTCs, knowing they were not going to send in a log? Please correct
me if I am mistaken in my belief.
