[UK-CONTEST] The dreaded WAE-CW QTCs!

Les - I hope you are misreading the rules. Otherwise there will be some
disappointed stations who I asked for QTC traffic last Sunday as I won't be
sending in a log - I just wanted some code practice.  

How do people interpret rule 7f -  For every QTC series that is transmitted
or received, the QTC number, time and frequency band of the QTC transmission
must be logged. If any of this data is missing from your log, no credit will
be given for this QTC series.?  Should 'missing from' be replaced with
'incorrect in'? If Les is correct would the penalty apply to both sender and
receiver?

Perhaps it's my mis-reading of the rules regarding QTCs, but I was of the 
opinion that they would only count for points for the sending station if the

receiving station also sends in a log which includes them. Perhaps those 
apparently unhelpful UK stations were trying not to let you "waste" your 
valuable QTCs, knowing they were not going to send in a log? Please correct 
me if I am mistaken in my belief.
