[UK-CONTEST] Short contest calls

Jack G6BQ was my 'Elmer' and a major influence on me as a radio ham and 
contester. His record in RSGB topband contests was unequalled. I would 
be very unhappy to see someone acquire that callsign even if he were a 
top contester, but imagine if his/her interest only ran to 
shack-on-a-belt or Echolink....
