[UK-CONTEST] Winkey Parameters

Alex, I always use the utility WK2MGR which is downloadable from the normal Winkey site to set up my 'stand alone' configuration. Once it is set up, I can disconnect from the PC and it remembers the config that I've used. 

I know you've asked about stand alone but I think that this technique, which is easy and convenient for setting all sorts of other parameters, is a technique that might meet your requirements.

I think the difference between doing this and setting paramters using contesting software is that the contesting software parameters only work for as long as you are running that contesting program.  Parameters set using WK2MGR will continue to be set long after the PC is switched off.
