My thanks to everyone who took the time to work my QRP signal, [along
with my poor keying], in the Stew Perry 160m contest. Having got the
30m long polymorph wire to tune up [2 ATU's needed], I managed 22
contacts. Nothing outside EU though [worked or heard].
My first time on 160m - interesting band!!
Final tally was 4x DL, 2x EI, 3x F, 5x G, 2x GM, 1x GW, 1x HA, 1x I,
1x OL and 2x S5. Included were 'line of site' contacts with G3WPH and
M0AAA, along with the GM3POI 'super-station'. Best DX was HG0A in
JN86.

vertical, becoming a horizontal wire to an up-sloper and then a
slanted inverted V]
