[UK-CONTEST] HFC Convention 2007

Talking about the VHF community feeling short-changed, as a 
recently-returned contester, I'm amazed how long it takes to process VHF 
results. My first contest for many years was the 50MHz fixed last April and 
still no results nearly a year later.
