[UK-CONTEST] HFC Convention 2007

The Bedford venue is far better than previously for an RSGB convention and I
will try to get there this year.

 

However, I note it is still billed as HF Convention. VHF trophies will be
given out I believe and I believe also some VHF presentations will be
included. This seems to perpetuate the feeling that the VHF community is
being short-changed by the RSGB. In addition it still means that many 2007
VHF contests will have taken place before the 2006 trophies are awarded.
Surely the right time for VHF trophy presentation is early spring each year.
