Danny,

I wouldn't hold out too much hope of spares, but I suspect you have some 
dried out electrolytics in that module.

Although I can't give you a url off the top of my head, the fault does 
ring a bell.  If you do a web search, probably starting with Icom's US 
site and you should come up with the goods.

The '761 is basically a 751a with an internal PSU and ATU, so it would 
be worthwhile broadening your search to encompass both rigs.
