Thanks Paul, I recall now that you commented on this. Seems he could be 
abusing the terms of his licence. Several people have commented similar 
things to me. He was on in AFS and last weeks 80m CC as well as last 
night, also interfering with a regular sked that takes place on 80m.

It's getting a bit like Crimewatch! There are several leads being 
followed up. It might be useful, if anyone hears him, to report his 
comparative strength compared with other stations on the band. It would 
help confirm or eliminate the locations that are being considered.
