[UK-CONTEST] /P in UK Contests

According to the new UK "Lifetime" licence, it's no longer
mandatory to use suffixes such as /A and /P when operating
away from the main station address. See "Notes to the
Licence", section (d) - on Page 14.

This means there's no need to sign /P when you operate a
contest from someone else's station.

For contesting purposes, wouldn't it make sense to
restrict the use of /P to those events which
distinguish, for scoring purposes, between fixed
and portable stations?  I expect the only relevant
events are the various Field Days.
