[UK-CONTEST] New licence docs

Hi all, 
 
Having registered on the OFCOM site in December I am still waiting for my  
PIN nr through the post. Is it time to write to the Chief of OFCOM with a formal 
 complaint, especially as the system, from the comments on this reflector 
does  not seem compliant with many computers.
 
Wonder how much this fiasco has cost? 
 
Why did they not Gazette the changes as per the old days then we could all  
operate to the new licence conditions?
