[UK-CONTEST] New licence docs

Yes, I'm watching this thread, and have never been asked by OFCOM, whether by mail, or email, to do anything concerning my licence. I tried to negotiate the OFCOM web site out of curiosity, but gave up!

Have I missed a web URL somewhere along the line? I've heard nothing from the gods as regards logging-in on their website, registering or whatever....

If they've sent-out notifications via the mail, then it'll be winging it's merry way across the equator and I might see it sometime whenever. Maybe notification has only gone out to those immediately about to renew?
