Neither has my father.. but I expect he will get notice when his renewal 
  is due in a couple of months.

As to operation of the website... minor problems caused by pilot error 
here, easily  sorted by asking for help - which was dealt with 
efficiently by Ofcom.

Worked with Opera and IE7 no major problems here.
