Likewise.

The new T&Cs are freely downloadable, but it seems insane that they only 
apply to those in possession of the new document (as "clarified" by 
Ofcom to RSGB).

That creates a confusing situation where some licensees are operating 
under different regs from others of the same class.  How can we tell, 
and why should it matter?

We'll never hear the last of it on 80m. When we were lads, we all 'ad to 
read t' London Gazette from chip wrappins...
