[UK-CONTEST] New licence docs

I completed my registration a few days ago. My validation document says 
nothing about a licence number or customer reference number. It does have 
something called "Number", which is a 5 digit number followed by a dash, a 
letter, a slash, a 5 digit number, a slash and a two digit number. So far as 
I recall I entered all 16 characters as my licence number.
Generally the whole exercise was painless except for the fact that the 
address fields don't cater for people living outside the UK.
