On my validation document the only number is called 'Number:' above 
my amateur licence class line. This is a 5 digit number followed by a 
dash and letter followed by a /, another five digit number, a stroke, 
then a two digit number...... I put the whole palaver in the box.

Needs a simple example against the box ('eg 12345/A/45678/00' which 
is the format I described above but NOT my number!)
