I have just completed the registration phase.  License number is not your 
callsin but your license number, otherwise referred to as your customer ref 
on your validation document.  Should be a 5 or 6 digit number followed by a 
dash and a letter.

The site was developed by someone who didn't try very hard to think things 
through.
