[UK-CONTEST] Deliberate QRM in AFS

I also suffered  deliberate Continental QRM, as I do most years. The 
"offender" was using the call-sign DK3XY (not necessarily genuine) and 
plagued me for 20 minutes.I kept egging him on, whilst working S & P on 
the other VFO. At least he was keeping my run frequency clear! He got 
really rattled when I told him I assumed his serial number to me was 001 
and TNX for 10 points!

Whilst I have every sympathy for "genuine" SSTV enthusiasts,  I can't 
help but note that most of the claimed SSTV exponents only want to 
operate on 80m during an SSB Contest. Most of the time SSTV CQs go 
unanswered.
