In addition to the possible RF congestion, contest groups using sites in 
Kent should bear in mind the impact of road closures. Details can be found

Once those roads re-open I'm guessing that the pent-up demand for traffic, 
both TDF-related and normal, will cause major congestion. Have fun guys!!
