I don't understand why different VE and VK call areas can work each other but different country/call areas in the U.K. can't. This rule seems at odds with the Commonwealth Award scheme run by the RSGB including the latest 70th anniversary award. Can anyone enlighten me as to the reason for this ? 73 Rob GM3YTS
