The magic of BERU is that nearly every QSO is DX, requiring propagation 
knowledge.
Anyway, we already have enough domestic contests. The domestic content in VE 
and VK is, as someone has already pointed out, much less because the 
populations of contesters are smaller there, and because VK2>VK6 and VE1>VE4 
contacts are still DX.
BERU would be devalued and change its character if G's could work GM's on 80 
mtrs all day long. Let's keep it as a DX contest.
