[UK-CONTEST] Beru 12 hr section - how to mark log?

Hi Alex,

Having been (unsuccessfully) challenged on this subject by the then
adjudicator, the rules have been recently amended to clarify that time off
at the beginning and end needn't be a minimum of 60 minutes. Nothing is
required in the Cabrillo file to mark on and off times, but you need to
include a separate list of these in any format you like. As far as I can
see, this could be additional lines added in Notepad to the soapbox field,
in the covering email or as an attached Word document.
The following format worked for me in 2003.

Period Activity(minutes)

10:02 - 12:17 - 136
13:18 - 14:24 - 67
15:26 - 16:57 - 92
17:58 - 19:39 - 102
20:40 - 22:00 - 81
23:05 - 23:40 - 36
00:41 - 01:07 - 27
02:09 - 02:28 - 20
03:29 - 03:57 - 29
04:58 - 05:16 - 19
06:17 - 07:29 - 73
08:32 - 09:07 - 36

Total: 718 mins = 11 hours 58 mins

Regards

Peter G3LET
